Nova's Notes: "Not Bitey" .

A myriad of spicy aromas play with vanilla, white pepper, and perfume. Earth and tannin move from the back of the palate to the front with inviting ripe red fruit flavors. The mouthfeel is nuanced and soft with an Italian plum finish.

Crisp Sauvignon Blanc from Rattlesnake Hills Elephant Mountain Vineyard. You'll find hints of grapefruit, lemon grass, and pineapple mixed with mouth watering acidity. 

Old world style Tempranillo with rich dark cherries, raspberries, and forward baking spices with hints of roasted coffee.

Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla and Yakima Valley. 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot & 1% Cabernet Franc. Dark plum and roasted pecans lead to an explosive mid-palate including bramble berries, ripe currants, and black cherry. The soft texture builds and accentuates a long finish with hints of vanilla.

Rich red fruit, savory cherry pie, hints boysenberry, baking spice and vanilla bean offer an exciting pallete as it develops in the glass, it  finishes with a satiny soft texture.

100% Syrah from Naches Heights Strand Vineyard. Hickory and Alder smoke dance in the nose. Directly below you may find rich blackberries and ripe raspberries, hints of coffee and vanilla bean in the glass with a mouthwatering acidity making for a perfect balance of fruit and smoke.

Experience lavender, blueberry, rainier cherry with hints of eucalyptus and fennel root dance around the edges. Strong flavors of blueberry, blackberry, italian plum, abound.
