Returns & Cancellations
Occasionally, a wine is faulty. We will gladly exchange a faulty wine that is open and partially consumed. We reserve the right to replace it with the current vintage or a substitute vintage. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel our policy is being abused.
We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or faulted. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or faulted wine.
Our wine club members receive a discounted price on all wines purchased. Therefore, we ask our members to stay with us for one full membership year. You may cancel your membership after 120 days of your initial subscription or after your first club shipment. Returns and refunds of product will be accepted and processed in person, in one of our winery/tasting room locations. Shipped wine returns shall be at the expense of the customer.
