Join Synne Cellars for a Multi Year / Multi Region Barrel Tasting
Be ready to experience the differences between 2021, 2022, and 2023 barrels highlighting the nuance and importance of regional difference and oak in the regard to impacting a final wine. We also have New "Virgin"(havent had wine in them yet) French & American Oak Barrels for part of the sensory evaluation.
Tasting includes:
1: 2020 Day after Yesterday Merlot (in bottle, 19 months in oak),
2: 2020 Winemakers Reserve Merlot(in bottle, 30 months in Oak),
3: 2021 Elephant Mountain Merlot(Barrel),
4: 2022 Elephant Mountain Merlot(Barrel),
5: 2023 Elephant Mpountain Grenache(Barrel)
There is limited availability on these tastings, we capped it at 20 guests per seating. There will be 2 seatings for about an hour each, 1pm and 3pm and each ticket cost is $25. (Club Members Discounts Apply To Ticket Price). All attendees will have have access to a 30% case discount on any Synne Cellars wines. If you are interested please expect to purchase tickets in advance as both seatings for this event sold out last spring.
