It’s an ideal after-work plan and a great way to spend a Friday night with friends—no rushing, just good wine, great chocolate, and easy conversation.

This experience is for everyone—friends, partners, Galentines, Valentines, and anyone who loves wine, chocolate, or discovering new flavors together. Love is for everyone.

Guests will enjoy thoughtfully crafted wine tastes from Synne Cellars alongside an immersive chocolate journey led by Lauren Adler, Chief Chocophile at The Chocolate Explorers Club. With over 15 years of experience in the specialty chocolate industry, Lauren brings deep expertise, storytelling, and an exceptional palate to this delicious adventure. Her relationships with chocolate artisans allow us to showcase remarkable chocolates and offer a tasting experience that goes far beyond the ordinary.

Lauren will guide guests through an official chocolate tasting, similar to a wine tasting, exploring flavor, texture, origin, and craftsmanship. Synne Cellars will provide a curated selection of wine tastes, and the fun is in the discovery—you’ll explore and decide which pairings best suit your palate. Our winemaker will be on hand throughout the experience to share insights, answer questions, and offer pairing suggestions as you taste.
