This October, the historic Hollywood Schoolhouse transforms into The Schoolhouse Biergarten for an afternoon filled with Bavarian tradition, local flavor, and unforgettable memories.

Stein & Vine: Schoolhouse Oktoberfest is where Washington wine country meets Germany’s most beloved festival. Whether you reach for a frosty beer or a glass of handcrafted Washington wine, you’ll find plenty of reasons to gather with friends, laugh a little louder, and celebrate together.

Enjoy locally brewed beer from Watts Brewing, handcrafted wines from Synne Cellars, authentic Oktoberfest fare, lively Bavarian music, and festive competitions throughout the afternoon.

What to Expect

Your Stein & Vine Pass includes:

• Your first Welcome Pour (choose a glass of Synne Cellars wine or a Watts Brewing beer)
• Live Bavarian Oompah music
• Stein Holding Competition
• Chicken Dance Lesson
• Best Dirndl & Lederhosen Contest (Bavarian attire is encouraged—but not required!)
• Access to all festival activities and The Schoolhouse Biergarten
• Bundle up, we will be inside and outside!

Beer, wine, bratwurst & pretzels will be available for purchase throughout the afternoon.

Make a Day of It

Doors open at 12:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to check in early, enjoy your Welcome Pour, grab lunch from our featured food vendor, and settle in before the band begins at 2:00 PM.

Beer and wine will be flowing all afternoon, so come early, stay late, and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Seating

Seating throughout the Schoolhouse Weingarten & Biergarten is first come, first served.

You’re welcome to bring your favorite festival chair or camp chair if you’d like to relax on the lawn. Many of our guests do this during outdoor events, and you’ll be glad you tossed one in the car.

Be mindful of our neighbors, keep to Synne Cellars outside and inside spaces.
